   I'm a very approachable, friendly trainer who is highly enthusiastic and dedicated to all my individual clients. I am very confident person who will make all my clients, new and existing, feel comfortable at all times in every exercise and activities.

 

   Clients working with me rang from top performing athletes to professional footballers. I also train alot of young people, city workers, housewives and to GP referrals.

Personal Experience / Background

 

   Throughout my teenage years I played at the highest level of academy football. After the experience of football, I turned to fitness training. After 4 years training at Loughborough College of Sport and gaining a number of fitness qualifications, I qualified as a Personal Trainer. 

 

   Prior to Personal Training, I worked within Gyms were I got an insight into how many people were working out ineffectively and losing motivation because of their lack of results as they were given no guidance on training. Therefore I began my own business as Personal Trainer so I could teach people the correct way to train and help them reach their goals.
